Dr. Silas is the best psychiatrist I have ever seen. I have Bipolar 1 and she has found the absolute perfect medication remedy for me that allows me to live a normal day to day life. She treats me like a human being and truly cares for me, and remembers things that I tell her. I look forward to our appointments. I would recommend her to anyone in need of a psychiatrist.
Had an appointment with Dr Winegarden where I was self harming and suicidal. He refused to take me off a med that HE prescribed and that I KNOW he got kick back from. It’s a bipolar drug. After seeing many psychiatrist after, I have never been diagnosed with bipolar 1 OR 2. Changed my meds with a new psychologist and my mental state has never been better. Do not recomend
I’ve been seeing Dr. Winegarden since May. He right off the bat gave me a new med called Auvelity, and it has drastically changed my mental health. I have suffered from treatment resistant depression for years have been on every medication mood stabilizer anti-anxiety medication there was to offer. He also diagnosed me with ADHD which nobody had thought about with me before and I believe that diagnosis and treating it, has made me change my frame of mind and how I view things and has got me where I am today which is the best... read more
I am 60 years old. Dr Winegarden provided an excellent evaluation of my circumstances and diagnosis for depression and sleep deprivation that was significantly limiting my work and personal life. He could immediately provide verbal examples of what I was experiencing which confirmed to me that he nailed it! With some medication and a few weeks, I am back to my normal disposition. Dr. Winegarden is the first professional that had a profound difference in my life after many traumas and bouts with depression. When he diagnosed me with ADHD at 66 years old and suggested medication, at first I thought here is another professional with a quick diagnosis and treatment plan.
