My partner and I went in to tour an apartment and fell in love after searching for a month to find a place. We told Ava that we wanted (needed) to move in Aug 1st, we were told that would work with their schedule. We sat in her office and looked at the website (which she didn’t know how to use) to see if the unit we viewed was available . Great experience here. Needed to find an apartment for a semester and a summer. Neighbors were all very friendly. Amenities were okay. Gym was kinda lackluster. I toured 3 apartments. 1 was brand new due to a fire. Other apartments looked fine just a little older and more lived in. Very close to campus. The AC's are very old in the older units. I suggest touring your apartment before you sign a lease as some of the units are definitely in worse shape then others. Besides that it was great. No trouble moving out. Lots of bad ... read more
