Ava summers has been the most thoughtful, understanding and flexible agent/property manager that has blessed this apartment complex. She cares deeply about those that come to her with their problems, whether they're significant or insignificant, she treats them with the same sense of urgency and understanding. She truly is one of a kind when it comes to this business and I'm thankful to have her as my property manager /renal agent 🙂
Ava is a great Property Manager been here for a year now and she’s consistently available and reliable.
Beware future residents these are privately owned condos. Some of the owners use their units as Airbnb/vacation rentals and the tenants that rent year around gets no peace unfortunately.
