Lack of parking spaces, I work evenings and can never get a parking spot close to the building. Small garages that don’t fit large vehicles. Rude manages that laugh at you when you have a complaint. Property managers sit in their office watching tv and only come out to vape in the parking lot. Poor snow removal. Workout room only has three machines and the treadmill is broken. Rent keeps going up when the quality keeps going down.
Worst management experience I have ever had living in an apartment complex. They are RUDE, dishonest, lazy. Especially the lady who is in charge. And Campbell corporate office is the same way. Do not waste your money living here it is not worth it in the slightest. They do not maintain their grounds either. A pregnant lady once slipped in the parking lot because they refused to salt their pathways in the winter and the tenants started a petition to get them to salt the ice on the walk ways and plow the parking lot better.
