The staff here are great. Jaida went above and beyond, always replies to any emails or concerns I may have. I fell in love with the apartment when I saw it. The rent here is a little high. It woldnt be so bad if the building was better kept. They have caretakers that clean daily however the hallways are not clean. The carpet has stains as if people are dragging there leaking garbage down the halls, dog poop in the hallways and trash always on the elevators. People should care about how where they live looks but unfortunately... read more
Great place if you like unemployed neighbors and the smell of weed. Love the staff, though; always helpful when called. Just know you’re joining Section 8 (literally), not a luxury complex. Note to the guy yelling in the lot on his phone for 3 hours about cheating on his wife while she also cheats on him: some conversations can be held quietly and indoors.
