There's so many bad reviews. I had no idea. I've lived here almost 3 years, and haven't had any issues. The building is great, and the staff are great. This has been a great place for us. Highly recommend.
BEAUTIFUL BLESSED PLACE AND VERY NICE PEOPLE AND A CLEAN PROPERTY
I have started looking for an apartment and Arrive is one of my options so far. I haven't been able to tour the place yet because there is not a vacant 2-bedroom apartment available to tour in person which is normal and not an issue. I just wanted to share my conversation exchange with the lease consultant, Molly. She is so responsive, detailed, and warm. Really gives me the best vibe on this community because it shows she cares on how they represent themselves. Looking forward to our future tour.
