Horrible parking here. If there are no parking spots available you are going to have to park outside the complex which is gated. If you park in an area that is not a parking spot you will be BOOTED by a 3rd party company and pay $75 no questions asked. First time in over 4 years I got booted due to lack of no parking spots available. Other than that great place to live, if you do not have a vehicle.
I am very excited about moving in this month. The grounds look nice, the employees are very professional and helpful, and it has the best rooms for the price as far as I have seen in Atlanta.
Apartments are beautiful,the grounds are beautiful and very well kept. I was very pleased with the maintenance and leasing team!

I just moved in and love it. We enjoyed the movie night at the pool. Nice place to live.
I love the apartments they spacious. Love the view of the pond.. Theres a gym and tennis court and nice environment to stay.. The staff was very pleasant... Great apartments.
The whole application and move-in has been really simple. I was even offered help carrying things in by a member of the maintenance staff. Autumn was so kind and helpful through each step and it already feels like home. The location is also prime.
