Units are spacious, borderline soundproof, the deck is nice, and more affordable than most units that you can find in this area. You'd think I give this place 5 stars with these compliments. Here comes the cons: Management is extremely lazy and won't do anything for you unless it becomes a problem for them (Like your toilet getting stopped up) Supposedly Pets aren't allowed in these units yet I've seen all kinds of dogs here from small, medium, to large and half of the owners don't clean up after them! Great Massive Apartments with private balconies, Free parking and Heat/Hot Water. Units are exceptional and they do quarterly preventative exterminations now!
I like it here It's not as bad as some reviews. I like the location close to many things, near highway and on bus line. The remodeled units are very nicely done. Kudos to the Contractor/Maintenance. Management does make an effort to keep hallways, common areas and grounds clean. Some tenants need to step it up and stop littering and help keep the place clean. To everyone that lives here I say take some responsibility and do your part to keep this place nice for all of us. Thank you!
Love the private deck and walk in closet and location near the Football stadium. Maintenance staff is very friendly.
This apartment is a whole mess, it’s full of mice and roaches. You have to even be careful where you put your food because mice eat everything that you have. I sent emails to them numerous times about it and yet to get a response. These people do not care about you , they just want to take your money. They charge an arm and a leg for rent and it’s not even worth it. The apartment gets so hot during the summer too especially if you don’t have any ac unit in your room.
