The worst place to live. I do not recommend it.
Recommendation: Never rent in this place, they are the worst, they rip you off and don't have a word, at least I have the worst opinion of all the workers there, be careful, look for a place where they respect your rights and don't steal from you.
They were nice when I lived there. I paid the remainder of the months rent when I moved in and a full months rent as a deposit. I had to break my lease and move, paid the last month’s rent and for 60 days to break my lease. I was told several times that I did not owe anything else. Then they turned me into collections and never called to say that I owed anything or mailed me any statement. 😡
I am constantly struggling to get ahold of any office staff. They are never in office during their hours and no one answers the phone. Once you are able to catch them, they are sweet and work with you, it’s just a huge inconvenience to be waiting for hours and days just to speak to the staff about a simple problem or to pay rent. It’s a hit or miss if they will even come in for the day.
The management of these apartments is the worst property management I have ever experienced. They never, EVER answer their phones no matter what time of day you call, and they severely struggle to properly fix issues that the complex and individual units have
