RecommendedI have lived here at 34 North Apartments for 8 years. The management has always been thoughtful about any need I have had. Maintenance issues are taken care of right away. My a/c went a couple of years ago and I got a brand new unit immediately. I feel very safe. The yards are kept nice.

This is one of he most unique places to live in all of Greenville. The restored Brandon Mill is like living in history, but completely renewed. The lofts are amazing. Extremely high ceilings, brand new kitchens, and living just minutes away from the downtown west end makes the location super desirable, especially in these times. Being in the arts district and expanding foodie culture of the west end is the perfect amount of city living.
THE general manager / property manager are professional , courteous and fair. the maintenance department being spontaneous to the problems in our gated community is rare, 90% of all problems or issues with the apartments / condos are fixed within 2 days unless parts have to be ordered. the Landscaping winter or summer and in-between is fabulous and upkeep is very good. I recommend highly living in these Apartments / condos. security is also hear nightly to keep things safe for families and children...KJS

I loved living there! The facilities where clean and well maintained.
I love the fixtures in the apartment, especially the appliances and flooring. I haven’t gotten to meet all of the staff yet, but Taylor has been great every time we’ve met. I love LGS and I know I made the right choice coming here!
The management does not take care of the issues presented to them, by the tenants. There was a roach and bed bug issues for months after certain tenants moved in. The management team only treated once without follow up treatments. They allow pot smokers to move in and smoke up in their apartments which causes the pot smell to seep through the vents and walls causing headaches in the neighboring apartments. The pot smoke also chases the roaches into the neighboring apartments. There have also been rampant plumbing issues.
Yet again. This happens every weekend and it’s disgusting. The place is riddled with ants and it’s smells terrible. You tried to blame it on the long weekend but this is a regular weekend. This has got to stop. Y’all are trying to implement all these covid restrictions yet won’t clean up your garbage. I pay way too much to have no amenities and live with all this pests and trash. Excellent property, excellent service and excellent value! Latitude is perfect for anything in new Pooler and literally minutes away from everything you need. Every time I've been in the office, everyone has been as helpful and cordial as can be and no other property I've been to comes close to them!
