The worst apartments in Bend. The apartment itself is nice, the location is convenient, worst place I have ever lived. The management, and the person that they say is to blame, their boss, are some of the worst humans alive. They lie, they steal, they harass you. That's the management, then there are the tenants. DON'T RENT HERE. Parking is a nightmare, stupid changes keep happening without warning, police are always here, appliances are super cheap, management plays favorites. They don't do what they say they are going to do.

It's a comfy place to live – While I don't completely disagree with the previous reviewer, my overall experience was far better. For the price, a 2 bedroom with 2 FULL bathrooms, no stairs (inside) and washer / dryer included, I think it's a pretty sweet deal for Bend, and I did a LOT of searching and comparing. Yeah, a house is better than an apartment any day, but there are a LOT of additional expenses and time requirements to living in a house, even renting. There is a better home out there... – Parking is a nightmare, the management does not deal well with noise complaints, the repair time for anything to get repaired in a timely manner is at least several days at the min., the high traffic on the reed market makes it very difficult to get out of the small complex and hard to get sleep. There are houses for rent that are a better deal in the long term solution than wasting your money here.
