Love live here. We been living here for 6 years, very peaceful, quite and secure neighborhood. No other place like this in the area, close to everything.
I have seen a steady decline in customer service and response to issues since Stone Creek changed ownership from Greystar to preferred apartment communities. I have numerous videos and pictures depicting the decline in maintenance and customer service. The aftermath of Hurricane Harvey made this even more evident as those of us who lived above the first floor have been relegated to an afterthought.
