I lived in this apartment for one year and kept it in very good condition. Despite that, my entire deposit was used for cleaning, carpet cleaning, and wall painting—even though the apartment was clean and well-maintained when I moved out. Future residents should be aware that these charges are applied regardless of the apartment’s condition.
