I love living here. The ladies in the office are wonderful, the maintenance staff is on point and the grounds (landscape) is very well kept. Auto pay for rent payment is an excellent option.
I've lived here 11 months and we're planning on renewing our lease again next month. We love it here. Its a gorgeous community and is well kept. The staff is friendly and incredibly helpful. They have quick responses when I've emailed them. I feel incredibly lucky to have found this place.
I lived in apartments #316, for five months. It was very nice, an easy commute to my work on SW Gemini. It was summer, May till October, we spent many a happy evening around the pool and most mornings I hit the gym at 7:00 for an hour and enjoyed listening to NPR station on the radio there. Highly recommended.
