The owner was recommended by a mutual friend. I needed a large bathroom and my basement floor tiled. We scheduled for him (Oscar) to visit the house on two occasions, but he failed to show up to either. Left a few messages to make sure something hadn't happened to him but received no response. A few months later, I passed him in town. At least I know he's still alive.
I scheduled an appointment to have work done. The owner, Oscar not only never showed up or called to cancel, he failed to reply to texts (2). Things happen, so I phoned again -- again, unresponsive and unprofessional - disappointing! What happened to customer service??
