DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Stone Crafters cut the stone for our counters wrong. Somehow they got the slabs confused during the cutting process and we were given counters with uneven and visible seams and a color pattern that does not match what we paid for. Linda (an employee) claimed she could "fix" the seams by "blending" them. We agreed her "blending" offer but it ultimately made our counters look even worse. They are more than happy to collect your money. Their customer service is non existent. After installation sink leaks and backsplash wasn’t cut properly. They never showed up for the 2nd scheduled installation nor did they call. Do not waste your time or money on this company. They perform shoddy work and do not honor their contract.

Stone Crafters helped me through everything from choosing the color and style to the install of the finished product. If your looking to update your kitchen or bathroom etc they will help you with every step to get what you want.
I was scheduled today for a 9-11 a.m. window, install of a granite counter top. At 10:45 I AM calling THEM to ask where the installers were. I was told that they were doing someones kitchen, and that they would then arrive at 1 p.m.. Well it is 3:15 p.m. and they are a NO SHOW. All, I am told that was a scheduling miscommunication.
