Great experience, very helpful to work with
While Nadia has been more than pleasant to work with I cannot say the same for Chris (the owner) and the installation crew. I am an extremely unhappy customer who is left with subpar work and subpar product and two companies (the supplier and fabricator) pointing fingers. Here I’ll address the work that Stone Craft did. Upon installation, the countertops were cracked in two places. One, not optimal but I’m willing to live with it vs removing the countertops and being redone. Lots of choices! Design assistance by Nadia helped us decide. Stress free environment at showroom and during installation. Very professional service with quality products and workmanship.
Great job and help from Nadia. She helped us with color and style. Knowledgeable about product and application for our current needs. Would have been proud to have her as an employee. Install went as planned and did a nice job start to finish!
