Nadia was delightful to work with, knowledgeable and listened to our needs and wishes for quartz kitchen countertops. Installation was on the calendar in a short period of time and went extremely well thanks to the professionals who did the job. We are extremely happy with the finished product and would return without hesitation!
While Nadia has been more than pleasant to work with I cannot say the same for Chris (the owner) and the installation crew. I am an extremely unhappy customer who is left with subpar work and subpar product and two companies (the supplier and fabricator) pointing fingers. Here I’ll address the work that Stone Craft did. I had an excellent experience with Stone Craft LLC. They reset my existing granite countertops after needing to cut them down to size, and the entire process was seamless from start to finish. From my first contact with the office staff to the installation team and follow-up afterward, everyone was professional, efficient, and easy to work with.
