I been here about 4 years and honestly haven't had an issue. The staff are really nice and whenever I have a maintenance issue they come out really quick to fix.
Well, for starters! I lived there for two years and 3 months, and had to have maintenance fix my plumbing under my kitchen sink that flooded and caused other damage 4 times. If they would have fixed it right the first time they wouldn't have had to come back 3 other times. Then when my toilet was plugged they tried to make me wait until the next day until they got someone to fix it until I complained that we only had one bathroom. Joanna showed us the most perfect apartment for our needs and wants. We are thrilled to be a part of this community. Kim helped resolve a maintenence issue and the the maintenence team came in and fixed the issue immediately. Great place to call home. Thank you all for your hard work and dedication.
This place is super bad, when we moved out of here after 2 years, they kept charging us on excuses even after we moved out, like things such as paint was drying off, nails on the wall, and more even when it wasn’t our fault. They are money hungry and this is a shitty place.
Be aware before you sign the contract this place is full of scammers after you move out they charge you thousand dollars to pay we paid our rent utility bill everything done. They asked to return our deposit but they didn’t.
