Stone City Strength and Wellness has everything you need for an excellent gym experience. The coaches are knowledgeable and are able to adapt exercises to suit each member's needs, the dynamic programming keeps me excited to go the gym each week, and the atmosphere is welcoming and motivating! Coming back to Stone City Strength and Wellness after being away for school is definitely one of my favourite parts of returning to Kingston!
Stone City is amazing! The classes are designed by educated fitness professionals who know what they are doing... I am constantly being challenged by doing things I would never do on my own at a regular gym. This is one of the best gyms in Kingston. The coaches are welcoming, extremely knowledgeable, and very helpful. The atmosphere is perfect for training, having fun, and enjoying yourself. Thanks to Stone City Strength and Wellness, I have been able to reach fitness goals that I did not know were possible for myself. Everything about this gym is awesome. If you are looking for a gym that offers something for everyone, and that will help you get great results, then do yourself a favour and join!
