Amazing team!! Knowledgeable trainers that really care! I have a neck condition that has prevented me from being active for a long time. I have tried a number of routines at home, a few trainers/gyms locally and every single time I was pushed too far and ended up hurt. I was so discouraged. Working with Dustin at Stone City has been a totally different experience. Can’t say enough good about this team!!
