I have been going to Dr. Ivankovic since the early 1990’s. She is, hands down, the best dentist in southern Ontario, to say the least. Her staff are all amazing, and they all genuinely care about their patients. I have moved out of Hamilton quite a few times since I first started seeing her, and refuse to go elsewhere because of the quality of care. They charged my insurance for a full teeth cleaning. We only had made a plan on when and how to clean my teeth which was supposed to be two seperate appointments. They didn't do anything during the appintment When i was charged besides the xrays. When I switched over to another dentist the new dentist took a loss of funds because they did my teeth cleaning in the same appointment and couldn't charge my insurance for the same procedure as it had already been done within a six month period.
