I highly give a BIG SHOUT OUT to my Nurse Practitioner in MILPITAS location, Dr FARZANEH RAOUFI, 143 Main Street. She’s a caring, wonderful human being. She treats her patients with so much care and sometimes I feel like she should charge me extra for the helpful hints and advices she shares., from a medical standpoint.
