I have been here two years, and want to point out that Amy Moya (management)and Jeff Hahn (maintenance) are the best. They are both fast to respond to request. Customer Service is outstanding, you couldn't ask for a better team. Not sure what they pay them but they should be getting paid more. They go beyond job description to take of the residents when a request is made then follow up. I believe this team is what makes this community run so smooth. It's just a added bonus that its close, everything.
