Corey and the team at the Stone Center are absolutely amazing! I’m on a local school PTO board and reached out to Corey about procuring a large rock for our school for an on-going fun fundraiser opportunity. Corey immediately returned my outreach and was eager to do whatever was needed to make this donation to our elementary. Everyone I interacted with along the way was friendly, very helpful, and reiterated how happy they were to be able to support us. Highly, highly recommend!
We had such a great experience working with this company! They generously donated a large rock to our school, and the entire process was seamless from start to finish. 15 minutes in showroom, no one around, called out is anyone here ,told to come on back ,never been there b4. Found way back, big guy standing in doorway told me what I was looking for was outside to left, pouring down rain !!! Another women came in , big guy went to help her, never said excuse me ill be back, just walked off,guy sitting behind desk made No attempt to help, so I left. Horrific customer service, no, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! O Stars if available
These guys went ABOVE AND BEYOND for me. Explained to me that my stone would have to be delivered in a pallet from their Indy store and that they did not have a bagging system. Yet every other day when I showed up wanting 10 - 20 bags of the grey slate they did it. Special shout out to the young man working the yard that shoveled and loaded all the stone for us. Great Job!!
I recently worked with Stone Center on several projects and was extremely pleased with my overall experience. They went out of the way on several aspects to ensure that our timelines were met and that we were able to use the products that we truly wanted. All materials were delivered in excellent condition. We look forward to working with Stone Center again in the future.
