Return phone calls with quotes. The man came and measured to re do any kitchen. I was excited. No phone call for over a month. I called and was told sorry, someone would call me back, that was over 2 months ago.

If you think a prime location and a nice showroom are qualities you desire then by all means stop by The Stone Center. Afterwards, you need to run like a beaten dog the owner honestly thinks you are. Lie after lie, so many the owner can't even keep track of his own stories. Sure, the inventory is nice. It should be, the stones come from earth just like every retailer that buys stones are, but the drama and aggravation is not worth the price you will pay. Run Forest, RUN!
Perfect Service from beginning to end. The salesman (Jesse ) was superb!!! He made the process easy. Dave gave us wonderful design ideas when he came to our home to template!! The installers were friendly and took great care to clean up after the installation. We now have the kitchen of our dreams and plan to do the bathrooms next. Great selection of materials, we could choose everything we needed in one place! They remodeled out kitchen a couple of years ago, and recently our 2 bathrooms. Dave worked with us to get the cabinet design we needed and made sure everything was done to our satisfaction with quality work. We appreciated the craftsmanship of the job.
Professional knowledgeable service My new countertops are beautifully done and add so much value to our historic old cottage on Kerneywood Street. Dave Beck , owner and President and his staff worked with us within our budget and allowed us in his fabrication center to watch the slab being cut and polished. The Stone Centet Showroom is neatly arranged and stocks a vast inventory in all kinds of lovely flooring and cabinetry.
