I can honestly say that living at Stone Canyon has been a great experience, but what truly made the difference for me was Brandy. Good, genuine people can be hard to come by these days, and she is one of the rare ones who reminds you that they still exist. From day one, Brandy has been helpful beyond measure. What I can I say. I’ve read so many bad reviews, that I can’t take it. Here’s my honest review. Application was pretty quick, I applied Friday 02/20/26 I got approved and heard from Brandy less than a Week but it would have been sooner if I had my information updated lol that was my fault. I signed the lease via e-mail and scheduled a tour online. When me and my Daughter came to The Office I had a pleasure of FINALLY meeting Brandy lol. I’ve been here 13 years and have dealt with different management and maintenance teams. Eddy in maintenance is by far the best maintenance guy I’ve ever dealt with. He’s very knowledgeable, professional, super nice and gets the job done. All the maintenance guys in the past 2-3 years have been great compared to when I first moved in, in 2014.
