I have been here for 2 years. Maintenance won’t complete work orders. They mark them as completed but most of the time never actually come to my apartment at all. My rent is raised considerably each year so I do expect to have minor updates to the space such as screens and blinds. It was dirty and disgusting upon move in. I sent pictures to maintenance and no one ever addressed the issues I had. I am still requesting screens with holes to be replaced 2 years later. I lived in these apartments in 2007/2008. It’s hard to believe I was paying $600/month at the time.
I’ve live at Stone Canyon for a short time now It’s not that bad of an apartment complex. I chose the classic apartment, which is in its original form (not a remodeled unit) The apartment is in decent condition, but I’m afraid to complain about the minor issues because when I complained about the bathroom cabinets having yellow stains on them I was told I knew it was a classic unit I’m assuming that means if you live in a classic apartment nothing gets fixed. Overall enjoy living at stone canyon and don’t have many problems except for one. Parking enforcement really needs to be done. There’s quite a few commercial vehicles in the lots and there are so many cars with no tags or very expired ones going back to 2022 or expired out of state ones. Makes people that work late/graveyard finding a spot really hard and shouldn't have to walk back 10-15 minutes to get to my unit. Stone canyon please do something about this.
