Rent goes not down but up after your lease is up. The main apartment manager is just rude and has no concerns for any of your problems/issues, she will ruin your day just speaking with her anytime you must speak to her. Moving in here was a hassle, living here is a hassle, and I’m sure moving out in 6months (I will be moving out) will be just as terrible as the management and up keeping of this property.
I paid every fee everything they asked and was always cool and kept my stuff clean and they took $275 of my deposit and can't tell me What any of it went to except cleaning the apartment????? And I have to pay for damages that were there prior, a crack in the toilet lid???? This place is a joke and if you want your rent raised whenever they want or fees added to your stuff you didn't do then move right on in they never painted our wall like they advertised and they have everything fixed half ass but will charge full price fo... read more
