I went for a showing for one of their available units. It is in rough shape, but there is not much available so I figured I would go for it. I went online to apply and found that it costs $27. Vermont has laws that protect housing applicants, including a prohibition against landlords collecting a fee for background checks. Do not rent from this company— they are truly a scam. No communication, no responding, they put fake fees on my rent…currently working with a lawyer to try and get out from under this horrible place.
