Lara is extremely rude. First off, the apartments are neglected. There are multiple leaks in my residence. One time, maintenance "fixed" a leak and left cardboard over the hole for multiple days. I peeked behind the cardboard and saw a hose clamp with rubber. My dad is a plumber, and I sent him photos; he told me maybe it was temporary and they would come back, but no, it was drywalled over, and I know the water was never cut off because they have to cut the water off to the whole building to fix one leak.
