Just had a tour of my future home and I must say I love these apartments, compared to my previous estate they have far exceeded all my expectations. Not to mention every staff member I met from the office ladies Mary and Lara to the maintenance they were all so friendly and informative! I would honestly recommend anyone in the area to move here because I think they’re one of the best around!
Management will pretend to be your friend just to get multiple application fees from you. If anyone in this office tells you to fill out an application even though you don’t qualify because they will “consider it” do not do it. They just want to keep your fee money
Mary Hudson was very professional and friendly and answered all questions we had. The property grounds are well kept and the 1 bedroom apartment she showed us was very clean and large enough for our needs. Thank you Mary
Lara and Mary are always so nice. :) I love the ability to communicate easily with either of them regarding any issues.
We have had a wonderful experience living in Stonebrook! The day I came into inquire about an apartment I met Mary Hudson and she was so welcoming courteous and knowledgeable that Stonebrook immediately became my first choice. I looked around at other places in Dalton and came back to Stonebrook because of the reception I received here. I cannot say enough about Mary and Lara Terrell.
