Do not rent here! The maintenance is the worst in the business! They will destroy your HOUSE and not care about any of your maintenance requests. They will only become agitated if you put in work orders. Save yourself the headache and rent anywhere else. There are much newer apartments in town much cheaper that will take care of you and save you money in the long run.
The two office ladies should be ashamed. They lie and pretend it's a good place to live until you sign your lease. My home constantly flooded from old pipes. My air system never worked. Maintenance was miserable to deal with and they even threw screws behind my truck when they didn't want to finish the drywall. You think they would know we all have ring cameras! Be careful renting here. It is much more costly than you'd think.
Maintenance is a joke. 2 live on site and they will literally call in sick when they know your apartment is flooding. The manager laughed and called the property "waterworks" when my whole bottom floor had 3 inches of water. They will have 0 respect or sympathy for you or your family. They are aware of the old pipes and refuse to fix them. If you decide to move here get really good renters insurance!
