Lara is extremely rude. First off, the apartments are neglected. There are multiple leaks in my residence. One time, maintenance "fixed" a leak and left cardboard over the hole for multiple days. I peeked behind the cardboard and saw a hose clamp with rubber. My dad is a plumber, and I sent him photos; he told me maybe it was temporary and they would come back, but no, it was drywalled over, and I know the water was never cut off because they have to cut the water off to the whole building to fix one leak. Avoid Stone Brooke Apartments at All Costs – You’ll Regret It! If you’re even thinking about renting at Stone Brooke, do yourself a favor and walk away now. This place is a complete scam. The management will pretend to be friendly and helpful just long enough to trap you into signing the lease after that, their true colors come out. Just had a tour of my future home and I must say I love these apartments, compared to my previous estate they have far exceeded all my expectations. Not to mention every staff member I met from the office ladies Mary and Lara to the maintenance they were all so friendly and informative! I would honestly recommend anyone in the area to move here because I think they’re one of the best around!
