Did not honor warranty on front brakes and rotor they installed. Came in two times because the first set they installed was cheap. This time they claim NAPA will not replace if they dont show damage even though, I told them front end shakes if brakes are applied at high speeds. Terrible business practices dishonesty and dishonorable.
I was low on money and this brother a helped out a lot. He was very nice and said don't worry about it. He finished the job with in 10 minutes. Quick in and out
Stopped in just before closing on a Saturday after my car died twice while driving. I pulled in to a Firestone first and they figured the alternator was starting to fail, said they could get to it in a couple of days. Gave Stone a call and they had me safely back on the road in 15 minutes! Corroded battery terminal just had to be cleaned off. Thank you for the excellent service!
I would recommend everyone to bring your vehicle here for any repairs. Honest and fair costs for any of your automotive repairs. Also just all around nice people.
