I applied and was denied, this review is on the refund of hold/deposit. They have not refunded my money after a month. They still do not call me back or send me my money back. Don’t apply here. Update* I finally got them on the phone. They informed me the refund could take up to 4 months. Lmfao they are crazy! They cant reverse a debt card payment? I’m planning on sueing them now. Once I told them I’ll get legal
These apartments are nice. It feels open and newly renovated. The staff here is really friendly and helpful too. Jerry - the new guy there - makes you feel welcome and comfortable. They don’t have in-unit laundry but the laundry room has lots of washers and dryers and is not too far from the units. I would recommend this place!
I wouldn’t recommend living here to anybody. I lived here for over a year in a two bedroom apartment. After all the hidden fees rent came out to $2,900+. That’s including the pet fee because I have two dogs but even still, expect to pay at least $2,800. And for that price this place is terrible. First of all it is a loud neighborhood. I have been woke up at 3am multiple times by fireworks so loud I genuinely thought I was being shot at which was terrifying. I recently toured Stone Arbor and was genuinely impressed! Clara did an exceptional job showing me around—she was friendly, informative, and made the whole experience feel incredibly welcoming. The apartment itself was spotless and beautifully renovated—everything felt fresh, modern, and completely move-in ready. Stone Arbor is truly a hidden gem, and I’d happily recommend it to anyone looking in the area!
