I’m writing this review so others can see what kind of management runs this apartment complex. When we had first applied to live at Stone Arbor, we applied for a 2B, 2B. On our move in date we came to the office to get our keys and they said the apartment we applied for was not ready due to construction and whatnot. They didn’t have any other apartments and we had nowhere to live since we were moving out of our previous arrangement. They gave us a 1B, 1B for the time being. We paid $500 for the security deposit. They cut down about 10 beautiful eucalyptus type trees that have been there for 40 years. We're not causing any damage at all. Apartments do not have energy efficient windows nor AC, so without the trees tenants are extremely warm as the sun comes from the West. Los Arbolitos has trees all the way up and down the street except for now in the front of these ugly apartment buildings. If I could give 0 stars I would. Issues the entire time we lived there with management, dog poop everywhere, rocks flying through windows and maintenance going into our apartment without warning. The old manager Elizabeth freaked out at my husband and the new manager would get lippy if you caused he any inconvenience (isn’t that kind of the point of their job to help us with that). We moved out over a month ago and right before she told us we owed 2,500 for rent we had paid a month prior then “found” the check an hour later.... read more
Elizabeth is absolutely amazing, easy to talk to and addresses my concerns at an instant. i haven't had the luxury in being able to have someone to contact about my apartment or any issues that i usually come across but as soon as i met Elizabeth with Stone Arbor Apartments, my whole perception changed and im really happy to be living here!
