Sucks
I recently went to return an item and the bad attitude of the blonde with long hair is on another level. She looks at people with disgust and her way of responding is detestable. It’s not like she’s the owner of Chanel. Train your employees.
Can’t recommend this place more for both the incredible selection of pieces and the amazing customer service. I had the best experience with Avery; she was so patient and thorough in addressing all my questions and finding the perfect pieces for my style. Will be back again and again!
