Great company to work with!
Awful company. Had to hire another contractor to fix their mistakes. Would not recommend if you want a job done correct.
I had an absolutely terrible experience with a fiberglass pool installation. I can’t believe that any of the positive Google reviews are real. Check out the Better Business Bureau reviews and “F” rating for Stone and Patio Professionals. Looks like they may have rebranded to “Pool Buddies.” STAY AWAY!!!
Had an appointment with Patio and Stone Professionals for 10 am today. It's now 11:15 am with no call, text or show. I received a text this morning confirming the appointment but "Charles" never bothered to show up. And based on the reviews here I think it's probably for the best.
This company stars work and doesn’t finish Contracted to do a pool after 16 months still can’t get my equipment The owner Charles just lies and never shows up He has all my money and won’t answer phone , emails or texts DO NOT GIVE THIS MAN ANY OF YOUR MONEY!!!!!
