Stone Age gym is outstanding!! The coach-led workouts are incredibly well run. Every session is structured, motivating, and pushes you to improve while still focusing on proper form and safety. The coaches are knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely invested in helping everyone get better. On top of that, the team atmosphere is amazing. Everyone is supportive, welcoming, and it really feels like a community. Whether you’re new to CrossFit or experienced, this is the kind of place that keeps you coming back. Highly recommend!
Such a warm and welcoming gym that adjusts to all individual fitness levels. The coaches are fantastic, passionate, and knowledgeable. The workouts really get you strong and there is such a sense of community.

Truly the best for any specific training goals, staff is friendly and works well to help you get to your fitness goals!
Been a member since 2021 and this is such a level up from being a commercial gym member, where no one knows you, there’s no direction or accountability. Great neighborhood place where you can be challenged and get better. I’ve never been stronger and more well rounded in my fitness.
