We are completely satisfied customers. We began by meeting with Dimitry who listened to our requirements and assisted us by showing us their enormous supply of on site granite. Next we had their meticulous laser measurer who identified our granite requirements in finite detail. Finally, Stone4Kitchen installers arrived to precisely set our granite. All this time the office staff was consistently available to answer questions and prepare us for the next scheduled visit. Outstanding service, thank you.

Stone4Kitchen offers a good selection and attentive service prior to obtaining your first payment. After the initial deposit, beware! I was quoted **** for a "very difficult" removal which took about 30 minutes. The worker who did the removal even questioned the amount of the charge. He stated this was an easy removal. Lack of attention to detail is the norm. I put a $2000 deposit in June or July on two slabs of granite to be installed in my bathrooms. The company sold my slabs while I was asking for installation and I wasn't notified until December. They lied and said my slabs were never labeled as sold to me. I was there in October and saw the slabs clearly labeled. I bought them at a discount because they were crosscut at the quarry. It was not a good experience when I tried to order countertop from them. I’ve got price per sqft from estimator-owner that was completely different from the price I’ve got in their office. And he counted 5 sqft more than I really have ( it’s not my own opinion! I have 6 more estimates from different companies and it was 5 sqft less than from stone4 kitchen!) Looks like they are trying to get as much as they can from each customer... I’m happy that I chose different company!

We had a great experience working with this company. They installed granite countertops in our kitchen, as well as a new backsplash. No pressure sales, but very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Great selection of slabs. Prices were excellent and work was completed in a timely manner. We have already recommended them to a few friends and plan to have them do additional work soon.

Stone4kitchen sold our 2 granite slabs I had on $1k deposit each while I was asking for installation for my bathrooms. They promised we could pick out similar stone for the same price. They would not honor that price in person. Out of laziness, they also will not install a whole slab of calcutta brazil quartzite in my kitchen as I already have in granite. They would do an 8 inch or so and seam so they do not have to make precise cuts before installation. Even though the job is within the same size of given slab. Poor profess... read more

Holes drilled in wrong spots. Scratches in kitchen counter top and this company failed to fix their mistakes. Would not do business with this company ever again.
