John is a complete liar told me he had a death in the family and never sent me the paperwork refused to call back. That's a complete lie because it doesn't take a year to respond back to me
Fees were taken out of my proceeds that I did not understand apparently when I signed a contract with him. But be careful and ask for clarification, because I ended up having to pay his legal assistant hourly rate on top of the 40% he took from my proceeds. To me, that should be part of the 40% he is already getting. I did not think that was right. After he got his money he was rude and did not respond very timely to my emails.
