Very unprofessional I wanted talk price due the vehicle having excessive blow by and excessive white smoke out of the exhaust. Also the vehicle is priced at way more than normal for similar vehicles in similar condition. I was talked out of the door as soon as I mentioned price. Very rude and said the vehicle was in great running order just after I took the oil cap off and seen the excessive smoke and pressure. I couldn’t believe how quickly I was met with a rude attitude. Their hands-off, no pressure sales approach was much appreciated. I was able to take several long looks at the same car, and no salesperson was hanging around trying to sell it to me. They also agreed to have this car re-detailed at my request, even though they did not have a guarantee that I would purchase it.
