After months of not finding the right answer with other dealerships, Delaney Hyundai of Dubois, PA was able to figure out what was wrong with my car and fix it. What I appreciated the most was the ability to have a courtesy car while they worked on mine. Other dealerships were not able to provide a car even though I was making my monthly payments to have a car and my repairs were covered under warranty. Everyone there are so nice! Especially Josh and Matt. They were very knowledgeable.
They sold us a Santa Cruz in Dec. that they said was owned only by an employee and had 24k miles and warranteed. Said it never had an accident but we found out it did. By June it had died twice and they want $50 to look at it briefly to diagnose. The windows go down randomly by themselves when we are not even in it and it's not running (I have a witness!). Delaney staff laughed at me when I explained and was demeaning. I will not buy from them again.
Service department really let us down!!
Everyone made my experience fun, fast, and easy! Walked out the door with a car I’ve been wanting for a while, all with amazing protection. Matt did an amazing job talking about and explaining the aspects of the car!! Cannot recommend them enough!
