Horrible at estimating time
Staff and personnel there are very fair, pleasant and easy to work with. It was the first time in a long time was able to deal locally. We an issue with a detail that was inadvertently missed and they openly and honestly apologized and quickly and efficiently rectified. Proven loyalty to their customers! One happy customer 😊
I had such a great experience purchasing my first car! I dealt with Mark as the car salesman and he was absolutely wonderful. He was very straightforward, not pushy and just his real authentic self. You don’t come across salesmen like that often. Everyone I met and dealt with at this dealership was wonderful and full of humor! After months of not finding the right answer with other dealerships, Delaney Hyundai of Dubois, PA was able to figure out what was wrong with my car and fix it. What I appreciated the most was the ability to have a courtesy car while they worked on mine. Other dealerships were not able to provide a car even though I was making my monthly payments to have a car and my repairs were covered under warranty.
