We had a wonderful experience with Matt Mccraken, Mark Montana and Austin!! We never felt a bit of pressure, they understood we wanted to find the best fit for our family! Once we did make our decision they were wonderful and even worked late on a Saturday in order to get us in our new car! Definitely the best experience we have had buying a car! Terrible service. I had my Tucson in for an oil change. I left and went about 1/4 of a mile. I got out and there was oil on my left shoe. I must have touched my foot under the car door and ruined my shoe. I took it back and the mechanic says I must have touched the steel column inside and got the oil mark. That is impossible!! They called and asked about my service and I told them I was unhappy. Dennis calls and say "what do you want me to do" I will NEVER Buy another brand new car off of them, nor will I have my car service... read more
