I took my lawn mower there 3 times and would seemingly have it fixed. When I got it home, the same problem. This was an almost new mower but not under warranty. It sat in my garage unused until a backyard mechanic offered to look at it. He found the problem (calcium deposits in the carburetor) and its run ever since then. I spent way too much here with no results. They seem to be after the almighty dollar! I won't use them again.
Do not use this company for service work, and especially not warranty work. I took them my new (used 3 times) pressure washer to replace the unloader valve because this is where the warranty place told me to take it. Granted the part is only around $20 and would take about 5min to replace I decided to use the warranty. When dropping off I explained the issue because I'm a mechanic myself and he told me if it wasn't a warranty issue it would be $70 to look at. If you are in a hurry, don't order from this place. I called to ask how long it would take to get a certain part, and the man said one day plus two days shipping. Well it's been 8 days and I have nothing...... Called today and said it was just shipped. Was promised a Priority mail, but they shipped first class. Buyer beware!
