Been a patient here for as long as I remember, and can say 100% truly is a friendly environment. Freshly, I've got my braces taken off but everytime I would go they called me in right on time of my appointment. With a clear smile they would greet me and ask if I've have any complaints. Staff is very courteous, friendly, & professional. My children have been patients for over 8 years. I'm very pleased with the treatment by both the general dentistry & orthodontics. The kids actually like going to the dentist.
The people here are so nice and helpful . They always let you know what's going on and they let you know what they're going to do to your teeth ahead of time.
I saw Dr. Brink for the first time in December. Since then I have referred my other family members and a couple of friends. Dr. Brink made sure I understood everything and he was friendly and thorough. His staff was pleasant and I loved the hygienist who cleaned my teeth!
This dentist accepts medicaid, however they treat their medicaid patients as less than human. Expect long wait times, 4 to 6 weeks in between appts, unprofessional dentists, and their lack of empathy for difficult dental work. If they feel it is too difficult to fix your teeth; they would rather recommend extracting them. I have never heard anything like this from a dentist that was covered by regular insurance.
