Been a patient here for as long as I remember, and can say 100% truly is a friendly environment. Freshly, I've got my braces taken off but everytime I would go they called me in right on time of my appointment. With a clear smile they would greet me and ask if I've have any complaints. I mean to be honest the first time I went I didn't really like the fact the bed things were clearly open to the other so patients can see each other (orthodotics selection I think it is) but when I laid on it and another patient was and anothe... read more
Staff is very courteous, friendly, & professional. My children have been patients for over 8 years. I'm very pleased with the treatment by both the general dentistry & orthodontics. The kids actually like going to the dentist.
The people here are so nice and helpful . They always let you know what's going on and they let you know what they're going to do to your teeth ahead of time.
Staff is unwilling to work with you to schedule appointments. They are closed every Friday, and 1-2 days every month for all day meetings. They are additionally closed for all days students have out of school, including holidays, sometimes for weeks at a time. When you are told to scheduled an appointment within 2 weeks, and they have NO openings for 2 months, that is an issue. Don't take on new customers when you can't even serve your current ones. I saw Dr. Brink for the first time in December. Since then I have referred my other family members and a couple of friends. Dr. Brink made sure I understood everything and he was friendly and thorough. His staff was pleasant and I loved the hygienist who cleaned my teeth!
This dentist accepts medicaid, however they treat their medicaid patients as less than human. Expect long wait times, 4 to 6 weeks in between appts, unprofessional dentists, and their lack of empathy for difficult dental work. If they feel it is too difficult to fix your teeth; they would rather recommend extracting them. I have never heard anything like this from a dentist that was covered by regular insurance.
