I have been to the service department for 3 times. The first 2 times the reps were very professional and helpful and they earned my trust. However When I went back for the third time I met the rep Lorenzo. He ripped me off! I have been to Lexus services many times including other places. They always charge $190 for diagnosis and if you agree to proceed with the recommended repairs the $190 is applied to the cost of the repairs and you don’t have to pay additional.
