Stokley's Services has installed, repaired and maintained the HVAC systems in my home for many years. They have been extremely reliable and efficient. Stokley's Services replaced my HVAC and air conditioner in a condo, I had just purchased. The service was amazing! Their staff was so efficient. They followed up to make sure I was 100% satisfied. I was 150% satisfied. This is the best heating and A/C service is Hampton Roads!! Stokley's Services is the BEST!!

Stokley's Services replaced my heater pack/air conditioner and installed a new Mitsubishi mini-split heat pump for my garage/workshop in October, 2025. The work was extensive in that it required removal of existing units (one of which was reused) for the main house to allow for rebuilding of a 31 year old HVAC stand. The employees were kind, professional, and knew what they were doing. I am pleased with the appearance and function of the new units and would recommend Stokley's Services to anyone.

Stokley’s has been taking excellent care of my home and entire family including my parents, in-laws, and sister for years. They have always been responsive, professional, and often gone above and beyond. They most recently replaced the ductwork for our entire system when we identified that it was no longer properly sealed and had been allowing moisture and humidity into the house. They also assist us with maintaining our systems annually.

Shout out to Stokley’s and their team. They replaced my AC unit 4 years ago with reasonable cost and great customer service. Last week my heat wouldn’t come on and they advised a repair in lieu of replacement since it still had some life in it. It’s such a relief to be working with a company I trust to look out for me and not take advantage. Thanks Stokley’s!
