This review is WAAAY over do. like super overdo. I had a full Heating and cooling Air conditioner installed. installed. A month and a half ago. When it was still COLD some days. So I got to use both heating and cooling of this new unit I go to Stokley's for everything. I have trusted Stokely’s Services for years, and for good reason! My A/C just went out after a new system had been installed two years ago. The parts were no longer under warranty and I was facing a hefty bill. However, the good folks at Stokely’s did not think that was fair and covered the total cost of repair for me even though they weren’t obligated to do so. Awesome company, would highly recommend to anyone.
Very quick and professional response to our request for a new mini split in our cottage and maintenance on our existing central air and heating in our home. Installation of the mini Split was clean and professional. We received a phone call the day before installation to confirm the installation. On the day of installation, we were notified by the secretary Of the time and of the crew arrival. I would highly recommend STOKLEY‘s in the future for installation and repair of AC systems.
