Just purchased a new Ascend kayak from Stokleys. Brad was exceptional to my family and my self. Very knowledgeable and friendly. He made the process easy with no pressure on me having to make a purchase and of course we had to swap a few fishing stories. Great establishment to do business.
I went to Stokley’s Marine today to buy a part. I got there and my Parkinsons medication had not kicked in yet and I was having a real hard time walking. I've been doing business with Stokley's Marine for 9 years and their is no finer team than Ralph and his crew. Just yesterday (Saturday afternoon), we had an issue where I didn't tighten the gear lube reservoir cap and we blew all the gear lube out of the reservoir. All the warning bells and whistles are going off. We called Stokley's Marine for advice and Ralph Stokley personally walked us through the steps to remedy our situation and our boating was back on. Thanks, Ralph. You and your team are the best !!!
We bought a new Sun Tracker pontoon boat from Stokley's Marine during the boat show at Rupp Arena in February. They were polite and helpful. After our boat had 11 hours on it the motor quit. We called Stokley's about a technician coming to check it. They contracted with a closer marina to check our boat. We were told it would be a week and a half. It has been over one month.
