Jay Stokley and company have been managing 2 homes for us while we lived out of state...12 years. They have given us the highest level of managment and have been nothing but professional. We now live in town and because they make our lives so easy to be landlords it was worth staying with them. Its amusing to me the only bad reviews they get are from poorly behaving tenents....that makes me feel like Stokley has MY best interest as priority keeping my properties safe and running smoothly.
In the fall of 2021, I successfully purchased, remodeled, and rented a condo in Wilmington, NC. Stokley Property Management provided the needed expertise and task accomplishment simplifying an otherwise complex series of activities. Highly recommend, veteran friendly, will use again - exceeded expectations at every step in the process! 2025 Update: Continue to be the absolute best! Have recommended and will continue to do so.
