They were very helpful in the bidding process, but their bid was 54% higher than a smaller company's so I went with a smaller contractor who did an amazing job, I assume because of the increased overhead they have to deal with. They were quick in their communication and were happy to do my project without an inspection, until I informed them I was going with someone else.
