I've bought several sets of tires from here, but after this last experience I'll be going else where.
They make things right. If it is not right bring it back and they will make it right. But I never have to do that because they do it right the first time. I have been to other shops in King - Piedmont Radiator and Tire I had an appointment and they wasted my whole day. I retrieved the vehicle and took it to Stokes Tire they put the brakes on in 30 minutes after I waited waiting 6 hours at Piedmont.
Best place for all of your vehicle needs. Staff is very nice!

I've always trusted Mt. Airy tire for all of my vehicle needs. Their customer service is fantastic. I expect the long waits because they're usually busy. However, I've bought tires from them twice and they can't seem to balance my tires. I've taken it back 2 to 4 times both times I purchased them and ended up having to take it somewhere else. Had them balanced Thursday, drove 4 hours to WV had to have them balanced again. Ended up costing $53. This I am NOT happy about. �
Customer service is so awesome, Definitely everything is a 10"". Mechanics also do an awesome job, great place. God bless Mt Airy Tire.
