I called Fon_Z on Monday to check on getting a new set of tires for my car and he provided the absolute best customer service that any business could hope for! RecommendedWhile driving very far from home today, my drivers side windshield wiper blade broke off. I stopped in at Mount Airy Tire and Automotive today after looking up any auto places close by, as I still had four hours left to drive to get to my destination. They took my car immediately and kept me updated as they had to call someone else to get the specific wiper blades for my car. Very professional and very kind. I was back on the road within 30 mins. Would definitely recommend!
RecommendedI won a free oil change at a silent auction from Stokes Tire. I had never been there before and can tell you, I will never go another place! They were fabulous! My oil change was for a regular oil change (and my car requires synthetic). I asked what the difference would be and told them I'd happily pay and they said "don't worry about it...it's on us!" They were more than accommodating and very courteous, PLUS I left with a flower! 🤗 5 stars all the way around!

RecommendedMy daughter had a tire blow out on her way home. Thankfully, Stokes Tire was able to get her car in for tires today. They are so awesome & I’m very thankful they were able to help at 4:30 pm (almost their closing time). I’m sleeping more peaceful tonight thanks to them!! ❤️
