After reading some of the other reviews, I'd swear they could not be about the same place!! I had an appointment made by the 1st eye doctor I have seen in more than 20 years after being told that my cataracts were so bad I was LEGALLY BLIND!!! I take multiple medications where a side effect is blurred vision, so I was in TOTAL shock!! My initial visit for consultation, I barely started my forms when I was called back. Appointment time was 4! Arrived with my 12month old 15 minutes prior to apt time. After an hour and 30 minutes we never even got to see the doctor. Had to leave and hope to get better experience elsewhere

Staff told us they were not sure ... read more

I then asked if I could make an appointment with her on the phone and she said that I could not. Then when I tried to make an appointment I learned that you have to call and leave a voicemail and someone will call you back. I s... read more

They really ought to be ashamed of their horrendous reputation, primarily with the staff out front doing the intake, scheduling, rescheduling, as well as greeting patients. I mean, talk about excessively rude employees who are that way because they, themselves, hate their jobs and take it out on the unexpecting customers. It begi... read more
