Your service and reputation may be great, but when your guy come into a crowded restaurant with out a mask breaking city ordinance it reflects on your corporate culture and the lack of concern for the community that supports you business. It is a shame that an employee can do something to negatively effect your reputation. To be clear, 3 employees wearing Stokes shirts walked in and 1 was not wearing a mask and looking smugly around.
