I don’t know what has happened to this place but the service is absolutely terrible now. Zero interest in helping customers and just plain rude.
Can't buy something because the company credit card is in the business name and not my name. We spend 100 of thousands in this area with other supply houses and I told him he could call any supply house to verify and they let us do it in the pass here a plenty of times but today the guy wouldn't let us. Ridiculous! Must not want our money.
Lots of employees available but noone even approached to give me assistance...asked at front for a sales assistant but waited and waited...and left...
Awesome crew of people to work with! If you need anything related to lighting Stokes is the place. Their Papermill location is super helpful too.
