Proceed with caution.. total jerks. I called them to catch up my payments bc I had fallen really far behind. They refused my payments said I had to pay them 800 by the end of the week and 250 a month there after. My agreement was for 75.00 a month. I tried calling them 3 times. The rudest people Iv ever spoken to. Now they are saying of I don't pay them 800.00. (I'm 3 payments behind) they will garnish my paycheck. And put a len on my property. Which is land locked so good luck with that.. if your dealing with them watch out... read more
THEY NEED TO CHILL ON THE INTEREST RATES WHEN A PERSON IS EVEN CONSIDERING MAKING A PAYMENT,
They just called me twice wrong number 1st time and when I couldnt agree to a large enough payment to suit her she hangs up on me.I tried to explain that I was not comfortable with her $100 a week payment but could make smaller bi-weekly payments she got irate. Then besides the payment that we finally agreed upon she wants me to send her 8 extra dollars to except my payment. Well ill sent the amount I owe and not a penny more. Sue me I'll win for her harrassing me.
I think the Yellow Pages will come to a realization that they need to screen businesses like Stokes & Clinton PC. I received a phone call from this law firm yesterday which, frankly, sounded exactly like a "Nigerian scam" fishing for personal information. 1) The human caller did not identify themselves, personally. Nor did they ask for a particular person. They said they were attempting to determine the identity of a person over a debt collection matter, who was associated with the phone number they called.
