Nice knowledgeable folks
The Salesman was unaware that the 2017 Envision was sold the day before he booked an appointment with me. He failed to return phone calls and send an email confirming the appointment. I was spared the 100 plus round trip because I called the morning of the appointment to assure it still on and learned the vehicle had been sold. My experience does not lend it to positive referrals. He was neither thorough or considerate.
